For Flair magazine we designed this one of a kind apron: Rock your Rok. You're not supposed to wear this apron in the kitchen!! No, wear it to spice up your skirt when you go out! We got an interview and picture in the mag (dressed in clogs and cropped jeans..!). One of their readers won this apron in a competition.

The combination of elements from Dutch folklore, skateboard and graffiti culture makes this a typical Dutch Dolls design. We used spray paint to apply a stencil of a flower pattern, which was derived from a traditional Dutch costume. We used an old fashioned net curtain to create a grid.
